Park Bench Fitness Tip

Hey Adults! -

 

Who say's kids get to have all the fun? Adults, here's a tip from coach Mike that will keep you young at heart. Don't limit your outdoor workout to cardio only!  Below is an example of a circuit workout you can perform utilizing a park bench.

Hydration and Electrolytes

If you are participating in a high intensity, outdoor workout in the summer it is necessary to fuel yourself with electrolytes prior to beginning. If you wait until the end of the workout you may deplete your body's stores, which can cause cramping and soreness. However, for exercise lasting under an hour you can replenish your body once you are done.
