Time Travel Fitness Game

Meet Michael Shipper (Youth Fitness Specialist): Part 2
Q: What is your favorite skills game you play with your children?

A: "I'm not sure I have one. I believe a "one-size-fits-all" approach does not work. The movement programs I design are customized to each child with whom I work. My philosophy has always been to discover what the child loves and use that as motivation. By doing this, I help the child create a long-term love of movement."
