It's always lovely to make new Friends!
We greatly appreciate everyone who has become a Friend of the Festival. In an earlier newsletter, we posted a list of all the wonderful folks who have joined with us to be able to host this premiere cultural event in Gettysburg. Your kind gifts support access to over 75 events, many of which are free to the public, in addition to providing learning opportunities for greater arts appreciation. The Gettysburg Festival - like the majority of festivals - must raise $3 for every $1 generated in ticket sales, so your support is critical to our sustainability.
Since our last posting of Friends of the Festival, we've had a few more people join us, so we wanted to acknowledge them as well. We deeply appreciate these contributions and hope we can count you loyal supporters in years to come!

Our small team couldn't make an event of this magnitude happen without the help of our wonderful volunteers! From answering phones in the office, to carting water across Memorial Field, to assisting 4,000 people through the gates at the Hunter Hayes concert, to hand-carrying pies up the block for the Pie Auction, and soooo much more... Your work did not go unnoticed! Your time is valuable and we greatly appreciate that you chose to invest some of yours in the Gettysburg Festival.
