OPC mini Miracle Day Planning Update

(1)    Communication Committee
The committee includes Michele Nichols, Rachel Thomson, and Katy Valentines. Rachel has been utilizing the regional's e-news and has been sending biweekly article to promote Miracle Day. She is doing the same thing with the OPC's e-news. The committee will have a video conference call using zoom this coming Wednesday.

(2)    Fundraising Committee
The committee includes Peggy Bristol and Natalie Chamberlain. We still need to touch base with them. But for the time being, Sandhya created an online donation. The link is https://oaklandpeacecenter.nationbuilder.com/miracle_day_donations.

(3)    Project Coordinator
The coordinators are Jeffrey Ishmael and Bob Moore. The task force which includes Sandhya and Steven has walked through the building and created potential projects and has also included supplies needed and estimated the cost for each project. The coordinators still need to make that walk through and assess the project lists created by the task force.
