" A fiduciary is defined as "a person to whom property or power is entrusted for the benefit of another." As the fiduciary, the Trustee, for the Harvell Family Charitable Trust, I have entrusted the protection and management of the Trust assets to the United Pentecostal Church Loan Fund.   Funding of the Harvell-Littles Scholarship at the Urshan Graduate School of Theology exemplifies the purpose for which the Fund was created to expand the Kingdom in a very practical manner."

-Thomas Russell, Esq.

"We are so blessed to have received the financing of our new church property from the UPCI Loan fund! Thank you Bro. Drury and the loan fund board for your trust in PLC! You are expanding the kingdom of God here in Richmond Texas!"

-Pastor Wayne Collins
Pentecostal Life Center

"The UPC Loan Fund is doing much more then just crunching numbers and pushing papers! They are helping pastors and churches fulfill the Great Commission by ensuring that the business side of the church is just as strong as the spiritual side of the church. It is with great confidence that I would encourage investors to participate in one of the many viable investment tracts offered through the UPC Loan Fund. This will yield a much greater return then simply better interest rates. It will yield ~JESUS NAME~ Apostolic Revival!!!"

-Pastor Daniel Dagan
Pentecostals of Englewood, FL

Letter from our President

The United Pentecostal Church Loan Fund will be one of the most impacting ventures for the UPCI as time and progress continues. It is very exciting to see the fund blossoming with such a great potential of blessing our fellowship in many ways.

First, we provide better returns on investments typically than you can find in the local bank on certificates and IRAs. Second, we can provide loans to our churches at a competitive lending rate. In some instances we can be the only resource for loans as many regions and banks have decided not to loan to churches. Third, we are creating a stream of income for the UPCI with the margin between the investments and loans for funding the work of the Kingdom.

In 1933 the Federal Securities Act approved church organizations such as the UPCI to offer securities to members and churches of the organization. Furthermore that the funds be used to loan to churches and related entities of that organization. Annually we are required to register with the appropriate office in each state or jurisdiction to offer the sale of our securities.  We are thankful that in just three short years we are approved in every state but Ohio. Ohio requires church loan funds to be in existence for three full years before applying. Since the UPCLF is now three years in existence we are in process of applying for that final state's approval.

The annual audit was just completed and you can review it by visiting our website. You will see by this report that we are making great progress with our goal of blessing investors and churches needing loans. Furthermore, we will soon have enough profit to start making contributions back to the UPCI.

Building a Refuge

Refuge Apostolic Church in Thayer, Missouri, pastored by Reverend Clay Risner, celebrated the dedication of their brand new sanctuary this summer, built with the help of a loan through the UPC Loan Fund. The congregation had outgrown their previous building with substantial growth in the last three years. The new sanctuary was also built in conjunction with the Missouri Church-In-A-Day program, and both Missouri Superintendent Scott Graham and Secretary Bryan Parkey came to Thayer to help during construction. The congregation also welcomed Brother Parkey in dedicating their new worship facility to the service of the Kingdom on June 20, 2014.

"I would encourage any and all Pastors and congregations who are considering building, expanding or remodeling to contact the UPC Loan Fund. This is a perfect example of how Paul describes the church as being the body of Christ. Different members making up one body. We are of the same body so let the body help you in your construction needs by contacting members of that body, the UPC Loan Fund!"                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              -Pastor Clay Risner

Expanding for Education

Abundant Life Church in Two Rivers, Wisconsin has experienced incredible growth since its humble start with 6 people in the living room of Pastors Scott & Valerie Stevens in 1993. And over this past spring and summer, they have continued their growth. They have added a 1,800 square foot addition to their existing facility. The new addition will primarily be used for educational expansion, and consists of 4 new classrooms for the continued growth of the congregation's youth department. The addition also includes a larger foyer and additional office space.

Pastor Scott Stevens credits his congregation for their participation in their church's stewardship campaign, "Forward for Tomorrow." After just one year, they were able to partner with the United Pentecostal Church Loan Fund to get the project started.

"This fund has truly been a blessing as

we can now see the dream become reality!"                                   -Pastor Scott Stevens
