MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THEIR LIVES THIS SUMMER, AND YOURS
Deposit deadline March 15, 2013 - Reserve now!

Dear ,

English philosopher Edmund Burke said, "The only thing necessary for Janet and Juana the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." Xela AID was founded on the understanding that poverty, suffering and ignorance are some of the worst forms of evil. But we also know first hand that this kind of evil CAN be overcome: The cycle of poverty can be broken and abundance restored when a few good people work together for positive change!

Over the past 20 years, Xela AI
D's Global Citizen Volunteer Program has profoundly enriched the lives of volunteers while supporting self reliance through participation in our Health, Education, Clean Environment, and Economic Development programs. Our volunteers have come from all walks of life:

> College students seeking real-life experiences;
> Parents wishing to enrich their child's college resume while sharing a life-changing experience;

> Career professionals who seek to give more back to society;

> Peacemakers who understand the importance of a broad world view;

> People on a spiritual quest to define their next personal mission, and

> Those simply looking for a new adventure in life!

What all these people have in common is that during their Xela AID experience, their own lives have been enriched. Here is what a few recent volunteers had to say:

"This service trip was exceptional and I believe we all, as a group, became better individuals and will move forward to contribute and give back." - Moonsook, 48

"This trip was life changing." - Kristin, 43

"The trip was eye-opening. I learned a lot, and that it is possible to make a difference. I won't forget this trip, and am grateful for all the hard work that was put into it. Thank you for the opportunity. Inspirational, amazing!" -Greer, 16

"All around awesome, life changing trip!" - Miles, 17

We invite you to join us this summer and experience the various ways you can BE THE CHANGE! Our applicSan Martin Kids 2012ations include a sample day calendar and detailed cost information.
