A NOTE FROM AMANDA
Greetings
With new strength and encouragement I welcome 2014. I am very excited about the initiatives Predisan will be implementing in the New Year.
I praise God for all that you helped the Predisan ministry accomplish in 2013. Your support was vital - allowing Predisan to serve approximately 44,500 patients as they received over 77,600 healthcare visits.
One important objective for 2014 that I want to share with you is our desire to increase access to patients with addictions to our alcohol and drug rehab center CEREPA. To provide best access to this care we are reviewing our treatment plans to best match patients needs; we are expanding access to care by providing outpatient services in the city of Tegucigalpa; and we are renovating the CEREPA facilities in Catacamas. We are grateful that a family from Meadowlark, Colorado has offered to provide funding for part of the CEREPA renovation. I praise God for you and your commitment to the people of Honduras. OUR MISSION AND VISION
PREDISAN exists as a Christian healthcare organization so that individuals in our service area (currently eastern Honduras) can experience wholeness - spiritual, physical, social, economic and environmental health - according to God's redemptive plan.
We focus on three areas of ministry that provide a holistic approach to healing lives:
Healthcare, Community Development and Spiritual Formation.
Predisan's calling and its name are based on two Spanish words:
