Urgent: Three More Home Hosts Needed!

After a great response to our earlier request, we still have opportunities for families and individuals to serve as home hosts and cultural ambassadors for one of our prestigious Legislative Fellows from Pakistan, Nepal and Kyrgyzstan. Please consider hosting one of these high-level female international visitors for 11 days: April 18 th to April 29th. Contact Johnelle Causwell at jcauswell@ihclt.org as soon as possible for more information!  You can also call Johnelle at 704-342-2248 or 561-543-0740 (cell).

Lara Printz
Lara Printz, Program Director
On April 1st, we bid a fond, but temporary adieu to Lara Printz, Director of International House's Citizen Diplomacy and International Visitor Program. Lara has been with International House for over 10 years and has done a marvelous job in building a program that welcomes over 220 high-level international visitors every year. Lara was married on April 6th and wishes to temporarily scale back her International House position while living in Hawaii with her husband, Scott, for the next few months. While Lara is away, she will continue to work remotely for a few hours every week. However, we are delighted that Program Associate, Johnelle Causwell, will step up to assume the role as our in-office coordinator for the international visitor program, assisted on a part-time basis by Carole Ward. Johnelle will be the primary contact for information and questions about our upcoming delegations of international visitors, and she can be reached at 704-333-8099, ext. 121, or jcauswell@ihclt.org.

We offer heart-felt congratulations to Lara and look forward to having her back with us by mid-August!
