If you, like many, are experiencing an exorbitant high number of flies on your cattle this year, here's one solution to consider. Cattle Rubs are an extremely effective way of controlling flies on cattle. A cattle rub can be made out of a number of supplies. I f you have or had cattle during the years 2011, 2012, 2013 and this year for beef production, you will want to keep reading. The 2014 Farm Bill has a program that offers financial assistance for cattle owners who suffered losses due to the ongoing drought. The Programs, Livestock Forage Program (LFP) and Livestock Indemnity Program (LIP) exist to provide compensation for eligible losses that are eligible back to October 1, 2011.
