It's official...you have survived the first few weeks of school! New schedules are in full swing and homework is underway. As you head into Fall, be sure to mark your calendar with all of the opportunities available at Kid's Creek to support your child and your family. Read on through to check out everything from our upcoming Parent Seminar schedules, our Fall Family Fun event, and new therapy schedule availability. Feel free to pass our newsletter along to friends to introduce them to Kid's Creek or to let them know about upcoming events! 

 

Scheduling Notes
Kid's Creek Will be closed September 1st for the Labor Day Holiday!
If you would like to reschedule your appointment please contact Amanda at our front desk.

Looking for an earlier appointment time? 
We have a limited  number of 8am Speech therapy appointments 
available with our newest speech therapist Lindsay! If you are interested in moving to an earlier time please contact Amanda our scheduling coordinator.

Also starting in October we will have Saturday occupational therapy appointments available. If you are interested please talk to Amanda our scheduling coordinator.

 We will have a DJ, bouncy house, games, and lots of fun for the whole family!

Patient Spotlight

 

Fione is our patient of the month at Kid's Creek! Her therapists Jessie and Katherine are so proud of the accomplishments that she has made recently and were excited to nominate her for this recognition. Fione is four years old. Her favorite activity/hobbies include singing, dancing, biking, and playing with her older brother. She love to sing "Let It Go" from the movie Frozen! Fione's loves coming to Kid's Creek! On our way to the clinic she usually asks if she's going to see Jessie or Katherine! She loves her therapists!!! 
When asked about their experience at Kid's Creek, Fione's parents said,"We feel so thankful and blessed that we have chosen Kids Creek for our daughter. Fione started as shy, non verbal, and so far behind on her speech and motor skills. Now, we see her self-confidence and her potential to catch up with her age groups." Congratulations Fione all of us at Kid's Creek are proud of you!

Who do you know that needs our help? Let them know we offer FREE CONSULTATIONS and SCREENINGS. There are many people who are looking for a speech, occupational, or physical therapist for their child. They would like to know about a place where both the child and the family are important,and where results are achieved. Just ask them to bring this to us or have them call us and we'll take care of the rest.
