We are ever a work in progress and hope you will find our venue both personable and approachable.
You are reading our inaugural newsletter and we welcome feedback, even contributions if you have a mind to jump right in.
Our plan is to keep you informed about art events, in-store sales, provide art tips and answer your art and framing related questions.
Let us hear from you.

KUDOS to Artist, Sheila Carey
Sheila's submission has been selected by the Venice Mainstreet's Artfest Poster committee for the 25th Annual Artfest Poster. Though we cannot show you the image (unveiling November 1st in the gallery), we can show you one of Sheila Carey's originals, "Adrift" which we currently have on display. As you see, Sheila's simplicity and use of bold color creates a moment stilled. You can read Sheila's Bio and see more of her images at http://www.collectorsgalleryandframery.com/sheila-carey/

Hardwood Floors
As home building trends have evolved over the past few decades, home furnishings and design have kept pace. Custom frame designs should also be adapted to relate to those changes. Hardwood Floors is a popular building and design trends. Below is a framing solution that helps your framed art relate to its environment.
Framing Solution = Because a wood floor is a large surface in a room, rather than choosing a wood frame that matches the floor, consider a contrasting finish. As you can see in the 2 photos at left, the gold frames shown helps the art stand out so it becomes a nice focal point in the space.
