Recipe for Success

Greetings!,

Hard to believe it's already the middle of October and the holiday season will be here before we know it! We are pleased to announce that once again this year we will be able to provide turkeys and hams at a subsidized rate *see information below

If you had heard rumors that we might not have turkeys available you heard right, except we pulled off a last minute miracle! The reason for the early concern was a huge jump in the price from last year. We were concerned how it would affect what we had budgeted for the holidays. Fortunately, we were able to partner with another charity down south and go in on a special order.

As a reminder, we would like to spotlight our agency partners. Please email us pictures of the good work your agency does.

Nipomo Distribution

"When great people collaborate great things can happen!"

The first distribution at Nipomo Elementary took place on September 25th providing 100 families with nutritious food. These incredible groups helped us reach new people: Womanade, Nipomo Kiwanis, Nipomo Key Club, Family Resource Center, Lucia Mar Unified, and SLO County Probation.
