Dr. Ginsburg offers practical approaches that parents, professionals and communities can use to prepare children and teens to thrive. 

 

Speaker Bio... Kenneth Ginsburg, M.D., M.S.Ed, is a pediatrician specializing in Adolescent Medicine at CHOP and a Professor of Pediatrics at Penn Medicine. He's passionate about building on the strength of teenagers by fostering their internal resilience.  Ginsburg co-authored "Building Resilience in Children and Teens: Giving Kids Roots and Wings," and "Letting Go with Love and Confidence: Raising Responsible, Resilient, Self-Sufficient Teens."  He has been published more than 100 times and has appeared on CNN, NPR, The Today Show, The CBS Morning Show and ABC, NBC, and CBS Nightly News programs.  Save the date!

We serve as a resource to families as they help their children form a positive self-image, make healthy choices, and reduce the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs (ATOD).
