The Orleans Parish School Board will hold its regular monthly Committee Meetings on Thursday, December 10, 2015, beginning at 1:00 p.m. All Committee Meetings will be held in Suite 4050 of the OPSB Timbers Office Building, 3520 General DeGaulle Drive. Committees typically review issues prior to the items being presented to the full Board at a subsequent meeting. Committees also review the progress of the implementation of items previously approved by the full Board. Meetings may be convened up to 30 minutes prior to posted times in order to facilitate the orderly conduct of business. OPSBrief has summarized the agendas of the meetings below. DECEMBER 10 TOWN HALL MEETING

Town Hall Meeting
OPSB District 1 Board Member John Brown, Jr., and Superintendent Dr. Henderson Lewis, Jr., will host a
Town Hall Meeting at 6:00 p.m. after the above Committee Meetings on the campus of the Lake Forest Charter Elementary School, 12000 Hayne Boulevard.
The purpose of the Town Hall Meeting is to gather public input in the school system's planning process.
