Report highlights progress from past ten years and priorities for the future
Some Committee members expressed an interest in changing the name of RSD to reflect its mission being transitioned beyond just "recovery"
One retired teacher spoke with compliments of teachers' and school leaders' work but questioned the definitions and statistical presentations by RSD
