The Orleans Parish School Board will hold regular monthly meetings for four of its Committees on Thursday, November 13, 2014, beginning at 1:00 p.m. The Policy Committee will not meet. All meetings will be held in Room 4050 of the OPSB Timbers III Office Building, 3520 General DeGaulle Drive.
Committees usually review and discuss agenda items prior to their consideration at Board Business Meetings and review the progress of the implementation of items previously approved by the Board. These meetings also give community members the best opportunities for early engagement in Board considerations.
OPSBrief has summarized the agendas of the Committees below. To read the full agenda of any Committee, as well as the back-up documentation for the items, click here . Meetings may begin up to 30 minutes prior to posted times in order to facilitate the orderly flow of business.
