The Orleans Parish School Board will hold a Special Meeting on

- Authorizes the sale and delivery of $50,000,000 in Revenue Anticipation Notes to J.P. Morgan Chase Bank
- Drew Elementary Leverage Financing
- Authorizes OPSB General Counsel and Bond Counsel to draft items necessary to implement a leveraged financing transaction to complete repairs at Drew ES
Facility Foundation Meeting Agenda - 2:30 p.m.
- Drew Elementary Leverage Financing Transaction
- Would provide written consent on all transactions associated with Drew ES leverage financing
