The Orleans Parish School Board will convene a Special Board meeting on Thursday, October 10, to discuss in Executive Session its litigation with an insurance company over Hurricane Katrina damage and to subsequently consider a settlement recommendation in Open Session.
 
The meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m., following its Committee meetings, in Room 4050 of the Timbers Office Building, 3520 General De Gaulle Drive.
