Greetings!
The Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education will hold a meeting of its Committee of the Whole and its School Innovation and Turnaround Committee to discuss Recovery School District matters only.
The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at the Sophie B. Wright Learning Academy, 1426 Napoleon Avenue. BESE policies allow the meeting to be convened up to 30 minutes prior to its posted time to facilitate the orderly conduct of business.

The agenda includes the following items:
- RSD contracts and leases over $50,000
- Mainly amendments to architectural contracts, some of which will allow piloting a "design-build" project delivery system
- Update on Capital Projects
- Early Head Start items
- Appointment of members to Master Plan Oversight Committee
- OneApp New Orleans Public School Enrollment Process for the 2013-2014 school year
