The Orleans Parish School Board will hold a ceremony to swear in its recently elected members on Monday, January 14, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in the Edward Hynes Charter School, 990 Harrison Avenue.

- Recognition of Armed Forces
- Election of Board President and Vice-President
- Routine resolution authorizing Board President to sign contracts and other documents, and Vice-President to do same in President's absence
- Change in special legal representation for certain complex litigation due to change in law firms by OPSB's lead counsel
- Request by Einstein Charter School to increase its enrollment and to add a second site
