The Orleans Parish School Board will hold a Public Hearing and October Business Meeting beginning at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, October 16, in the Auditorium of McDonogh 35 High School, 1331 Kerlerec Street.

OCTOBER 16 OPSB MEETING AGENDAS

4:30 p.m. - Public Hearing

  • The purpose of the Public Hearing is to discuss and receive comment on proposed amendments to two existing OPSB policies:
    • E522 - Computer and Internet Use for Employees
    • I809- Computer Access and Use for Students
  • The proposed amendments would extend the current policies to cover the use of cellular devices

5 p.m. - Board Business Meeting

  • The Board will hear several presentations from the Administration, will review and consider items from the previous week's Committee Meetings, and will consider a recommendation that OPSB direct the use of the "OneApp" student enrollment process for its traditional schools
