Your gifts are making the Grace Fund Grow! We are half way to our goal! Thank you so much for providing for our school. These dollars help in so many critical ways, such as Arts, Science, and filling the gap between the cost of education and the price of tuition.

TODAY WE HIT: $32,000

You can also write checks payable to
Grace Academy of Dallas
and deliver to school's front office.

Library Technology

Check out how our students are now checking out books! Destiny Quest is the new online management system in the Library. Scanning books in and out a breeze and coming soon: students and parents will be able to connect from home. The custom website shows top 10 books and new arrival titles highlighted on the Destiny Quest homepage. Students will also be able to search the library collection, browse the scrolling carousel of bookshelves, view book covers, and link to title details from any computer with an Internet connection. Visually appealing, customizable themes make searching the library a comfortable and familiar experience for today's plugged-in generation.

Say Cheese.... Again!

Pictures went home yesterday in Monday's envelope. You may return the envelope with cash or check made payable to Lifetouch.  If you would like your child's picture retaken, please send back the proof with RETAKE written on the outside.  Retakes will be done next Wednesday, October 24th.

Nominate your Favorite Teacher!

KLTY and CareNow are helping to recognize Texas teachers by picking one deserving teacher to win a bundle of prizes. Nominate your favorite teacher at www.klty.com. One teacher will win each month. Frank Reed, of KLTY, will announce the winner during the morning show, and then CareNow and 94.9 will come to the teacher's school for a presentation of the prizes and a plaque with the teacher's name on it.
