Activity Grant Submissions

Recreation NL is now looking for your applications for the Teen Physical Activity Grants. Your organization could apply for up to $500.00 for a physical activity program for teens 13-19. 

Deadline to apply is Friday April 10th, 2015.

30-Day Community Physical Activity Challenge 

Recreation NL is hosting a 30-Day Community Physical Activity Challenge. This challenge will take place from April 1 - 30 and we want you to connect with your local recreation department to assist with getting as many physical activity events or programs happening during the month of April.

Deadline to register is March 20, 2015.
Are you a School?
Make learning fun while promoting physical activity.We have an ACTIVE AT SCHOOL challenge happening the same time so why not register for a chance to win one of ten $500.00 physical activity packages for your school.

Eat Great and Participate will be launching its new Twitter page
@EatGreatNL with a photo contest during Nutrition Month 2015 (March 1-31)! Visit @EatGreatNL every Monday in March for a new healthy eating or physical activity challenge. Tweet pictures with youth in your community completing the weekly challenge for a chance to win great prizes! Te more pictures you tweet, the more chances you have to win!
