Video Specialist (Jacksonville) POSITION
DESCRIPTION:

Due to our rapid growth and increased demand we are actively seeking
a Video Specialist.

The Video Specialist will handle all back-end editing and motion
graphics for our technical training videos. The main projects include
creating a product training video library and short videos for
presentations and recruiting events.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Facilitate video projects from beginning to end with a strong
focus editing and motion graphics
* Video post-production from file organization to editing, image
cleanup, color grading, compressing, etc
* Participate in growth of new methodologies, strategies, tools,
training and processes
* Set and maintain workflows and production pipelines
* Create a repeatable/streamlined process for ongoing project
needs
* Assist in video production from camera and mic selections to
cinematography, audio recording, footage transfer, etc

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field of
knowledge
* At least 3 years of professional experience with video
production or related field
* Must possess a strong technical and creative background in all
areas of video production with emphasis on nonlinear editing and
motion graphics
* Advanced knowledge of all pertinent Adobe design software
relative to video/film production and broadcast design: After Effects,
Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, as well as Camtasia, FinalCut Pro,
and Mac interface
* Excellent self-management and communication skills
* Ability to meet established deadlines and quality standards
and to deliver fully on commitments
* Flexible and able to work in dynamic work environments with
limited supervision to deliver results

Boom Operator/ Sound Engineer - capable of metering the right sound
recording level on a 600D T3I hacked with Magic Lantern without AG
control.

Assistant Director - Someone who will delegate responsibilities so I
can work on the creative aspects of the project.

Location Scout - We will be shooting in the Tampa, Orland and
Lakeland Fl Area and I need someone who will find the right location
based on the script description.

Casting Director - Someone who is inclined to which talent fits the
character breakdowns. Will have to correspond with the assistant
director as well as the director.

Production assistant - Someone who has good people skills, a natural
leader and can organize a crowd of strangers.

Lighting/DOP - Someone who has access to a portable power supply as
well as lights for shooting outdoors. Understands apertures and
shutter speeds in low light conditions.

Special Make Up Effects Artist - Horror as well as stage make
up.(Prosthetic application experience is a plus) Someone who can
troubleshoot on the fly.
