Duration: 15 weeks (30 total classes) Experience Level: No prior experience needed! This approach is for any artist, whether this is your very first acting class, or even if you've been in the industry for years. The great thing about this approach is that even though everyone begins the approach from the beginning, each artist is on their own path and you can work at your level. OVERVIEW At Truthful Acting, we wholeheartedly believe in the words of Sanford Meisner when he said, "Who you truly are is magnificent and totally unique." Through this program of study, we will guide you in discovering your own unique perspective and assist you in becoming more present, authentic and responsive to the world around you. We will work toward becoming the full expression of everything that is happening as it is happening. Utilizing a series of progressive exercises, you will learn to trust your instincts and live truthfully under imaginary circumstances.
Classes begin May 7th and will be held twice a week on Tuesday and Friday with daytime or nighttime classes available.

Crew Needed- Short Film
Commercial at North
Andrews This is not a paid gig but we will be entering
the 5 min Gangster short film in film festival(s).
We plan to start filming on May 11-12th and hopefully we will wrap
everything up the following weekend with additional crew members.

CAST KIDS is an 8-week (24 hour) course designed to equip kids for the real world of commercial acting. Classes are held Saturday mornings, 9am - Noon, in Orlando at Wet Orange Studio.
Shauna Bartelbegan acting professionally in Hollywood, CA 25 years ago. With over 100 film, commercial and industrial credits as well as an extensive background in teaching and directing, Shauna opened The CAST Studio in 2004 and has since taught hundreds of students how to bring together the actor's creative process with the technical skills required for on-camera work to give them the crucial edge in this competitive field.

ACTING WORKSHOP How to Make An Authentic & Lasting Impression On Purpose Productions is hosting a Casting Workshop for Actors at Full Sail University with "Sopranos" star David Proval DATE: April 26 & 27 FOR: Actors ages 13+ LOCATION: Full Sail University TUITION: $185.00 TIME: 2 Workshop times are being offered: Friday 4/26 4pm-8pm OR Saturday 4/27 10:30am-2:30pm STUDENT CRITERIA: All students attending this workshop must consider themselves to be a "dedicated" actor. DAVID PROVAL: David Proval launched his acting career with a starring role in Mean Streets (1973), directed by Martin Scorsese, and has been working nonstop ever since. Notable features in which he has appeared include The Phantom, The Brady Bunch Movie, Four Rooms, The Shawshank Redemption, and Miss Congeniality 2. He is perhaps most well-known for his recurring role on the hit TV series "The Sopranos." David is shooting 5 films in 2013. He has worked as Eddie Murphy's on-set acting coach amongst others.
