 REEL KASTING:
 _____________________________________________________________________________________________
 JOB 1:

Looking for Australian voice and on-screen talent preferably from the Orlando area.

If we find voice actors outside Orlando, they need to have quality sound and the ability to digitally edit their reads if necessary.  Preferable actors will be from Orlando as we like to have them come to the studio to do the read.  However, talent may be from anywhere in the world (if voice actor only).

Preferably I'd like to have them in Orlando so we can do on-screen stuff but if they are voice actors only and they are remote and have a home studio, that's fine too.

As a reminder, our talent gets paid by the hour and we package several 1-2 minute scripts into each session. We don't pay per read....we pay per hour. The hourly rate is as follows:

One script session = $50 flat
Multiple script session = $75 for the hour

Some sessions may only include one read, while others may include 12-15 for the hour. It all depends on the volume we have that week.

We do all the editing in post production. The talent simply reads the scripts in a tone which reflects the message. All sessions are recorded in ONE mp3. So, if we have 6 reads, they are all on on recording session which will be edited after the recording.

If mistakes are made, the talent just says "over" and repeats the last sentence. Same goes true when the talent isn't sure of the tone and wants to deliver the same sentence or word several different ways.

The talent should have some sort of editing skills if they work from their home studio. If we only send 3 reads that are 60 seconds each, that's only about 15 - 20 minutes of work (and that includes getting their software turned on, reading the scripts for practice, recording them, and exporting them to mp3 to send via email)... So, that said, in that situation, they should take the remaining 45 minutes editing the final audio for delivery to us. We pay the hourly rate for voicing and editing unless there isn't time for editing within the allotted hour.

I PREFER the talent to be in ORLANDO FL so they can come to our studio to record.  However, if you find authentic talent in Australia itself, obviously, we can only do voice work with them.  But we will add them to the talent pool for our clients to select from.

Email:  reelkasting@gmail.com  - You will get an email on how to submit your online audition.

Subject line: Voice Actor  Job 1

IMPORTANT:  The talent ALSO needs to send you a 30-60 second demo montage of past work.  5-7 second audio bits of various finished projects spliced together in one demo recording

 JOB 2-

Additional Ongoing Talent Scouting:

We are also in the need of talented voice actors for cartoon animation voices.  These cartoons are business type "explainer" videos.  All the cartoon voice actors should be located in Orlando.

Must send online demos.

Will send a follow up email on how to send a Voice Audition
