Great walleye fishing this year...

The walleye fishing has been outstanding this year, with a lot of large fish caught.  Here is John Clark (Oswego, IL) with a hefty 29 inch walleye.

Another happy fisherman...

Pictured at right is guest David Froesel III (Clearwater, FL) and his 47 inch muskie.
At this time of the year, the big fish are feeding aggressively in preparation for winter.

The biggest fish of the year so far are:

muskie:  52 inches (Doug Lindner).  Doug is a walleye fisherman and caught his 52 inch muskie with a jig and minnow on 6-pound test

northern pike:  42 inches (Luke Lafler)

smallmouth bass:  21 inches (Roger Cross)

walleye:  29 inches (both Scott Sullivan &
John Clark)
