Fishing off the dock at Duck Bay Lodge...

Brady Rushin and his brother Griffen had a bet who could catch the biggest fish.  Brady hooked into this one fishing off the dock at Duck Bay, and handed his rod to Griffen to land.  Guide Jimmy helped with the netting.  A great joint effort to land this
38 ½ inch northern!

Dave and Sheree,

Thanks again for all your hospitality and making our recent trip to Duck Bay so enjoyable. The food, fishing and fellowship were wonderful as always. We are already planning our 2016 Canadian Adventure.

Attached is a picture of the 29 inch walleye. Tell Jimmy hi!  Have a great rest of the season. Take care.

Late summer/fall fishing...

The guides consider late summer and early fall fishing a great time. As the water cools down, the fish are coming more shallow and closer to shore.  It is also the time when they are actively feeding for the coming winter.  So come on up and get in on the action!  Here is what is still available in
August
and September:

August 13 - 16 (1 cabin only)
August 18 - September 5
September 8 - 14
September 16 - 19
September 21 - 26

Duck Bay will close for the season on the morning of September 26th.
