John Campbell
 This month, we are proud to highlight our company Chief Financial Officer, John Campbell. John brings a variety of business knowledge and experience to the Plus team. John received his accounting degree from the University of South Carolina, and his career began with a national accounting firm where he obtained his CPA certificate. Over the John Campbell years, he has worked in public accounting roles and in financial and administrative roles with companies in the building material, automotive, importing, stock brokerage, and computer software industries. John was originally hired by Plus Inc. as a financial management consultant, but joined the Plus team as a business partner and CFO in 2005 becoming a great asset to the company. John likes to see positive results. He describes the most important aspect of his job as "seeing a happy and successful company where employees enjoy their jobs and customers are satisfied with the products and services." Working behind the scenes, John is dedicated to helping Plus Inc. thrive, but he always makes sure to take the time to have fun with fellow employees. John enjoys outdoor activities and is very family-oriented. He enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. As a graduate of USC, he is also a devoted Carolina Gamecocks fan! |

Plus in the Community
Water of Life
This month we are happy to Spotlight Water of Life in Greenville, SC. Water of Life began implementing its mission to give fresh water and the Gospel in Africa in 2004. Through the workings of God (and a crazy little social media site called "Facebook"), Water of Life began work in India in 2010.
In 2012, Water of Life reached more than 100 villages with the gift of fresh water, sending in local pastors and well drilling teams to serve their countrymen. When confronted with questions of "Why are you here? Why are you doing this for us?" the drill team gets to say "Jesus sent us!"
No strangers to religious persecution and political controversy, our ministry partners in West Africa and India struggle daily with red tape and public outcry from local religious leaders. But the gift of fresh water is too hard to resist, and the villagers rally around our drill crew and ministry partners that bring them life-saving water and are receptive to the message of the Savior. God is doing a mighty work in these areas. People are being called out of Islam, often by the voice of God Himself; and in India, the Hindu religion is being rejected by the villages in favor of this loving, gracious God Who gave Himself out of love for the least of these.
Love works every time we've tried. Wells are a community project, allowing the village a sense of ownership and pride in what they've been given, helped create, and have been instructed how to care for. God's story hasn't ended yet. And Water of Life is ready to be obedient to whichever chapter God has us ready to help write next.
