 Please help us give a warm welcome to one of our newest employees Amber Polston who has taken on the role as Service Dispatcher. Amber has an associate degree in Engineering/Residential Construction from Greenville Technical College. She started in the office equipment industry in 2011. Since being at Plus Inc., she has noticed many different things that make the company amazing. We asked Amber what she likes about working at Plus Inc. "I found all the staff to be very friendly and extremely customer oriented, the office atmosphere is positive, up lifting and everyone always has a smile on their face." As the Service Dispatcher she works diligently to dispatch calls to our technicians and have them to the customer's site as promptly as possible. She also handles dispatching and billing for our Computer IT Department along with answering the phones and taking supply orders. What I would like people to know: She and her husband Mike have just celebrated their 1st wedding anniversary and she has 3 step-children Brittany 18, Noah 15, and Aiden 6. Her family life is very active between church, schools, and playing. They attend Temple Baptist Church in Simpsonville, SC and could not ask for a better church for her family. When we asked Amber if there was anything else she would like to include. She said "We are a Clemson Tigers household; our youngest Aiden will not let you in the house if you are wearing anything with Gamecocks on it." |
