Plus Inc. is excited to introduce our new service dispatcher, Allison George!  Allie's primary duties are assisting customers with service needs, dispatching service calls, and entering service call details for the copier and computer technicians. 

  

Allie is a team player. She is an effective communicator and works hard to make sure our customers are taken care of in a quick and responsive fashion. She is eager to help others and is always seeking volunteer opportunities for her family. We are excited to have her on the Plus Team!

  

In her own words:  

My favorite thing about working at Plus Inc. is that everyone is so warm and friendly.  Plus has a family-type atmosphere.  I've felt right at home since day one!

  

Passions/Hobbies: I am passionate about being a mother and wife.  My family is my lifeline.  I'm blessed with two beautiful daughters (Kenzie and Gracie) and a loving husband (Chris).  I also love helping people and paying it forward whenever I can, and I'm proud that my children have picked up that trait from me as well.  I love to cook and bake...that is like therapy to me.  I also have a very creative side to me, and I love sewing, crafts, painting, etc.  Our family hobby is hiking together in the spring and fall.

  

Favorite recent events: My favorite recent event would be my daughter Kenzie's band competition.  She is a member of the Boiling Springs Marching Band and her band won the Upper State championship and came in second in the State championship.  Watching her out on  that field doing something that she loves makes me so proud I could burst!  She is a very talented young lady, and my youngest Gracie is following in her footsteps.

  

Bucket List: My future goal is to build a cabin in the mountains for our retirement.  This is something my husband and I have planned since we were dating.  The Blue Ridge Mountains is our favorite place, and we find it so peaceful.  I would also love to have the opportunity to travel to Italy one day. 

What is a Professional Services Contract?  It covers the network connectivity side of your MFP device.  We charge a nominal monthly fee and here is a sampling of what is covered:

• Scanning--Setup of scan to folder or scan to email buttons and settings
• Printing--Installation and configuration of printer drivers
• Faxing--Installation and training on fax from PC as well as fax forwarding to email or folder
• Training--Additional training on print, scan, fax and copier

 

This month, a group from Plus Inc. along with family members and friends worked on a project for Habitat for Humanity of Spartanburg.  Our group caulked and spackled as needed and measured, cut and installed trim throughout the house.  We had fun while helping a good cause!  Thank you to everyone who came out to work!
