Greetings!
It's almost Spring!! So it is time to put away your battery heated items. In this newsletter I would like to give you some tips and reminders about the summer storage of your battery heated stuff. These items are an investment and with proper care they should last.

Summer Storage Tips
- Launder battery heated clothing (socks, base layer tops, some gloves and mittens) as per manufacture recommendations with a mild detergent and NO fabric softener.
- Remove any AA or D size batteries for the summer, or they may corrode. Please dispose of "Dead" batteries responsibly.

- For the rechargeable nickel metal hydride batteries and rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries, read your owners manual carefully for summer batter storage. Disconnect the batteries from the charger and heating elements.
