I hope you enjoyed your summer, as we now enter into Autumn, the season of falling leaves and Halloween. At Innovar we have been busy getting ready for the Anaplan Hub 2014. Our article below explains how you can come to this event for FREE as a guest of Innovar.

One Little Button Makes a Huge Difference


We have been working on an Anaplan implementation recently, concentrating on sales forecasting, and were asked to add a button to their sales forecasting dashboard measuring less than a centimetre square. Yet that single, innocuous and very understated button may eventually pay for the entire implementation.

Sales Forecasting - Should I Bother?

 

Some people would argue that doing a Sales Forecast is a waste of time as it is tool created by a Sales Executive to keep their boss happy. They would also argue that the Sales Forecast done in this way does not help: the Sales Director determine what sales are actually going to happen, the Finance Director to determine when any money is likely to come into the company or Operations to know when they actually need to manufacture anything. In which case 'Should I bother?
