Vegetable and Herb Bins-A New Wave in Vegetable Gardening

More on our Vegetable/Herb Bins: We've received Vegetablebin
a new shipment of our free- standing vegetable and herb planters. Ideal for the back yard or Vegiebin7 patio, these bins are high quality, locally produced, cedar planters. Great hand crafted quality at a very good price. The bins were inspired by European designs that have become extremely popular worldwide. Garden in smaller spaces with high efficiency. We suggest using our premium soil mixed with organic compost for that perfect soil mix. Then simply add one new bag of premium soil each year and your all set for the season!

What else is great about these vegetable and herb bins?

Vegiebins1

  • No more bending over-they are even wheel chair accessible.
  • High quality construction for many years of use!
  • Portable and moveable. Place them on your patio, lanai, back yard, back door or anywhere that will make your harvesting easy and simple.
  • Use lower amounts of nutrients and fertilizers.
  • Start your vegetables earlier and continue later in the season. Similar to raised beds, but even more effective, soil warms faster and you can use it like a cold frame, covering at night. Advantages are numerous and uses unlimited.
  • The bins come in three sizes: 3 footers, 5 footers and 7 footers. Perfect for almost any open space.

Vegetables, Lots of Vegetables

It is time to think fresh...fresh vegetables and herbs that is

We have lots of vegetables ready for planting. Now is the ideal Green Onions time to start planting your vegetable garden.  Plenty of fresh starts are ready, as well as seeds and seeding equipment. We have begun to put our tomato paks out too, but beware: its still early too plant tomatoes directly in the ground.  If you choose to buy them now, they will need protection from the cool night time temperatures. If you have a small greenhouse or cold frame, great! Remember: 50 degrees at night is the key to successful tomatoes.
