Hello Freehold Community,

 

The spring days are filling us with excitement and anticipation for more things blooming including some great work and classes at Freehold.  Our Spring Classes are now open for registration with classes starting soon and registration is now open on our Summer Intensives with more Summer Classes to be announced May 12th.  We're also looking forward to our Annual Dinner & Auction which will be on Monday, May 19th at 6:00 pm at Teatro ZinZanni.

Thanks! My experience with comic scenes is pretty much a love affair that I keep returning to. One of the reasons I love comic texts is that I apply so many of the core techniques you would with any other scene, but I know that the end result will be really fun.  More ...

**Our Summer Class Intensives are NOW open for registration including Shakespeare Intensive with Amy Thone, Improvisation Intensive with Matt Smith, Personal Clown AND Advanced Clown with George Lewis, Rehearsal and Performance with Darragh Kennan, The Art and the Industry with Nick Gyeney. More summer classes will open on May 12th.

GiveBIG for Freehold on May 6th! 

Freehold
is pleased to be one of the nonprofit organizations participating in the Seattle Foundation's GiveBIG program on May 6th. GiveBIG is a one-day, online charitable giving event to inspire people to give generously to nonprofit organizations who make our region a healthier and more vital place to live. Donations made to nonprofits through the Seattle Foundation's website on May 6th will be stretched further thanks to the Seattle Foundation and GiveBIG sponsors who will match a share of every contribution.

Freehold's Ensemble Training Intensive (ETI) will return Fall 2014 - Applications Available Now

Freehold's Ensemble Training Intensive (ETI) will return in Fall 2014, offering the only independent 10-month certificate program for dedicated adult actors in the Pacific Northwest. Our central aim is the development of core acting skills that are as delicate as they are vital, and too often overlooked. These skills will be taught by a celebrated and uniquely qualified faculty. For more information on the program and on registration: Ensemble Training Intensive 2014-2015. Auditions will be June 4th.
