WOMEN'S TENNIS
The doubles team of Natalie Hahn and Lauryn Reckner upset the Region 2 seed from Dixie to qualify for the state tournament on May 19-21 in Lexington! The girls had to defeat Villa Madonna in a tough tiebreak match on Saturday morning first 6-4 1-6 10-6.  Saturday afternoon they took the first set against Dixie 6-4 with Hahn going into beast mode at the net. Rain delayed the match, so the girls had to move indoors at 5 Seasons where Dixie took the second set 2-6 forcing yet another tie-breaker. The girls pulled together well and both played a great tie-breaker to win10-4. They play their semi-finals match on Monday at Lloyd at 5pm against Scott.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Girls basketball will have open gyms on Tuesdays from 7-9 PM and Saturdays from 12- 4 PM, with specified workouts for those who wish to participate.
