Greetings!
PARENTS . . . This message is to alert you that the NKY Health Department has reported over 100 cases of confirmed pertussis, also known as whooping cough, in the NKY community. A majority of the cases are being seen in school-aged children.
The early cold-like symptoms of Pertussis progress to a persistent cough that won't go away and worsens with time. There is a risk of severe illness in children who are not properly immunized and those too young to complete the vaccine series. We ask that you be on the alert to detect the early symptoms of the disease and see your healthcare provider for concerns.
JUNIORS . . . the ACT is March 1 @ SK. It's not too early to prepare!
SUPER STRATEGY SATURDAY will be February 13 @ SK. CLICK HERE for more information on registering for this epic event!
ATTENTION 8TH GRADE PARENTS . . . 8th Grade Parent Night will be Monday, 3.14. Self-guided tours begin @ 6:30 PM. The presentation begins @ 7 PM in the auditorium.
SK grad Angie Gillespie [Class of 1996] needs our help.
