HUGE REGIONAL SOCCER ACTION TONIGHT AT SK . . . The men's and women's soccer teams are both in Regional Tournament action at SK tonight. The teams would appreciate your support. The women play at 6 PM and the men play at 8 PM.

PIONEER PRIDE meets Tuesday, October 19.
ARCHERY Practice begins Thursday, 10.1. Practices will be on Wednesdays and Thursdays thereafter unless otherwise planned.
Interested in joining the gold-medalist WINTER GUARD? The team needs new members! Join us for a great opportunity to make new friends, develop new skills, and participate in competitions! Practices will be held after school on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays November-March. Contact Ms. Slusser in Room 209 for more details.
STUDENT COUNCIL will meet the first and second Thursday of every month throughout the school year in the Library Media Center from 2:40 - 3:30. ALL grades are welcome. See Miss Hoerlein in Room 207 if you have questions.
GUITAR CLUB will meet from 2:45-3:45 PM every last Wednesday of the month in the chorus room. Anyone interested in playing or learning to play the guitar is welcome to attend.
ART CLUB meets on Mondays in the art room from 2:30-4 PM every other week. Listen to the announcements for updates. $5 dues are to be turned in at the meeting.

The NKY Cancer Support Community is offering a Teen Support Group. This support group is designed to help students who may have loved ones affected by cancer. The support group meets on the third Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8:30 PM and is open to all teens (13-18) who may have a loved one affected by cancer. The next group is on Wednesday, October 21. Drug House Odyssey is a dramatic walk-through experience presenting the effects of drug and alcohol abuse, with a specific focus on the NKY heroin epidemic.
The event is sponsored in cooperation with the Kenton County Police Department and the Independence Fire District, as well as multiple agencies [like NKY Hates Heroin], that will be sharing information about ways to help individuals struggling with drug and alcohol abuse.
