Parent notes, doctor notes, early dismissals and bus notes may be turned in at the half-door from 7-10:30 AM daily.  Please remind your students to turn in all notes to the attendance office.

This Week's Attendance Review of Procedures [TARDIES]:

In the event that a student is tardy to school/has a late arrival:
  • Students arriving to school after 7:40 are considered tardy to school.
  • When the student arrives late, they should enter only through the front entrance and directly into the main office.  In the main office suite, the student should go to the 4th door, 215C, where s/he will sign in to school and receive an admit slip.
  • The student should turn in a doctor note or a parent note upon arrival to school late that includes the student's printed name, date of late arrival and a doctor or parent signature.  If it is not possible to turn in the note on the day of the late arrival, the note should be turned in on the next school day.
  • On the 4th and any subsequent late arrivals to school, excused or unexcused, the student will be assigned a lunch detention.  The only exceptions to this are late arrivals excused by a doctor's note.
