FBLA hosted a Food Packing Event with Northern Kentucky Hunger Relief on April 30. Prior to the event, SK students and staff raised over $2,300 for the cost of food. These donations covered the cost of ingredients and packaging for over 8,000 macaroni and cheese meals. The meals will benefit families and students of the SK Youth Service Center.

At the Food Packing Event students and staff volunteered to assemble the macaroni and cheese meals. With about 40 volunteers we were able to pack over 15,500 meals in under 3 hours! 8,000 meals will benefit SK families in need and the remaining meals will be distributed to local food banks in Northern KY.

Attention Junior Boys: Are you interested in being a leader? Are you interested in government or the military?  American Legion Boys State is among the most respected educational programs of government instruction for high school students, and is considered a highly regarded leadership training program. Each participant becomes a part of the operation of his local, county and state government. This program is a door to wonderful opportunities for public service, volunteerism, college scholarships and is a heavy resume-builder.
