PROM PLANNING STARTS NOW . . . Any junior interested in helping plan Prom, please meet after school on Tuesday, March 17 in Mrs. Stephanie Schneider's room (203).

CONGRATULATIONS to the ACADEMIC TEAM for their recent state tournament appearance.  The team was knocked out in round 2.  Congratulations to Tristan Feinauer, Kyle Casson, Ashton Mallory, Chelsea Russell, Sam Roberts and Nolan Warning.  In written assessment, Kyle Casson finished 18th in the state in social studies.  The team begins practice for Nationals, which is just two months away.

Report cards are going home with students Wednesday during SKORE.

CRAFT ACADEMY
Mitchell Grothaus  was accepted into Morehead State's Craft Academy. The Craft Academy for Excellence in Science and Mathematics is a dual-credit residential high school which offers a college-level curriculum that allows students to finish high school while also completing up to two years of university coursework.

The 2015 Pioneer is on sale through April.  Books may be purchased at www.smart-pay.com.  The staff does NOT order extra yearbooks, so this is
your opportunity to purchase a book.  
Trained to Save Lifeguard Classes @ Campbell County YMCA

LIFEGUARD CLASSES


The course trains individuals to have a working knowledge of an aquatic environment, prevention of hazards in an aquatic area and potential lifesaving skills. The course also include certifications in CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Basic First Aid and Emergency Oxygen Administration.

REQUIREMENTS
+Must be 16 by the start of class

$200 --Those completing the course, then working for the YMCA more than 200 hours will be reimbursed.
