For intermediate golfers, the first lesson will be a refresher designed to get everyone back "in the swing."  The second lesson will focus on chipping and putting.  Lessons three and four will focus on course experience as well as the rules and etiquette of the game.  Course management and what to do with different lies will also be covered.

What does it take to thrive and sustain peak performance in a long-term legal career?  How do we cultivate resilience, stress hardiness, balance and well-being so that we experience the joy and satisfaction that our legal careers can offer?  The accelerating change in today's world thrusts us into lives that are often rushed, jam-packed and relentless in the expectation of production, leaving us stressed, disconnected from fundamental values and at growing risk of unwanted consequences to physical, mental and emotional health. Explore various techniques for reducing stress and increasing energy, focus, resilience and overall health.

Brenda Fingold of Back to Balance Heath and Wellness Consulting has spent over a decade coaching lawyers how to create balance and well-being in their lives.  She previously spent 17 years in a large Boston law firm as a litigator and the Partner Responsible for Training and Professional Development.

This class is designed to provide 2 hours of ethics/professionalism credit.
