Schoolcraft to welcome Disney Institute Seminar
 in Healthcare 
           

On Mon., Sept. 16, Schoolcraft College's Continuing Education and Professional Development department welcomes the Disney Institute and its one-day seminar on Building a Culture of Healthcare Excellence.  Engaging Disney Institute professional facilitators will share Disney strategies and philosophies used by its businesses all around the world, and how those key insights have been applied to numerous organizations in the healthcare industry. This seminar will teach how to create a sustainable culture of service that can lead to a competitive edge for healthcare organizations. While it isn't the first time this seminar has been offered in Metro Detroit, it will mark the very first time it's being offered to a public audience. Registration is currently underway. Space is limited.

Schoolcraft Continuing Education Department to offer Advanced CATIA classes

 

 

Are you in need of practical, hands-on experience beyond basic CATIA training? CATIA (Computer Aided Three-dimensional Interactive Application) is a multi-platform CAD/CAM/CAE modeling software written in the C++ programming language. This fall Schoolcraft College's Continuing Education and Professional Development department will offer an advanced class for those looking to gain more experience with this type of software. Understand how to approach design tasks to balance the design development process with modeling techniques to create efficient and robust parametric models. Michigan Cyber Summit 2013

The Michigan Cyber Summit 2013 is a follow up event to the sold out Michigan Cyber Summit 2011, hosted by Michigan Governor Rick Snyder, which served as the national launch of the October 2011 National Cyber Security Awareness Month.

The main conference is scheduled for October 25th, with invitation-only activities taking placethe evening of October 24th.

Northwood University to offer programs on site at Schoolcraft College
  

To further meet the demand of aspiring business students throughout southeast Michigan, Northwood University has moved its Livonia program center onsite to Schoolcraft College's VisTaTech Center at 18600 Haggerty Road, Livonia.

The VisTaTech Center is home to Schoolcraft College's award-winning Business Development Center which aligns strategically with Northwood University's mission to develop the future leaders of a global, free-enterprise society.
