During the camp each attendee will fully immerse themselves in the daily workings of our ranch, while simultaneously learning what it takes to make an old-fashioned farm work in a modern world.  They'll feed chickens, collect eggs, pick orchard fruit, and milk a dairy cow.  We'll also have special activities that include swimming and fishing in our private lake, a night hike with stargazing, and a field trip to a local farmer's market. Our goal for each camp student is to teach them where their food comes from while imparting a greater appreciation for the effort that farmers make to grow healthy fresh food.  It is our desire to have each student depart with increased confidence, a deeper regard for working as part of a team, and to have gained hands-on practical skills.

The campers will stay in our ancient olive groves. We will provide tents as well as all meals for the camp. The menu is GAPS™ friendly with all meals meeting the standards for the full GAPS™ stage. We will have a team of fantastic, energetic camp counselors to stay with the camp students. Our skilled and knowledgeable farm staff will lead the various farming activities throughout the day
