Spring has sprung here at the Chamber and we are bustling with activity! Be sure to check out all that is going on so you don't miss out on local opportunities to connect, refer and grow your business.
Speaking of "growing" we have added a new business: Dr. Arnette Everett. Don't miss a chance to meet her at the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting set for this Friday, April 25th at 4:00 pm. Located just behind State Employees Credit Union at 502 McKnight Drive.
Next, let's get ready for the Knightdale Business EXPO!!! The staff and Expo committee are working hard to make the 2014 EXPO a different and relevant event for all who participate. I heard you - the members - loud and clear when you said, "It needs to be different." So that's what you're going to get. The layout of the show is different, colors are different, advertising will be different, and already the energy is different. Be sure to get the scoop in our new bi-weekly Expo Call-Ins for updates on committed vendor demonstrations, mascot sightings and booth availability. Want to hear more before you commit? The Call-Ins provide a great way to "try before you buy." The dates and conference call information can be found here.
Schmoozapalooza - What is it? Glad you asked! This will be a regional mega networking event open to local leads groups, BNI groups, women networking groups and all area chambers. This is not a member exclusive event ... the more participation, the more connections to be made. So mark your calendar for May 13th! YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT! (Space is limited to 70 RSVPs) Get the full details on our website.
Networking not your strength? Don't let that keep you from attending Schmoozapalooza. Prepare by attending Networking with Intention, presented by Rod Frankel. He will be here at the Knightdale Chamber on May 6th as part of our Food & Facts series. Check out Rod's bio and details on our event calendar.
Finally, Congressman George Holding will be here in Knightdale on Friday, April 25. Congressman Holding represents the 13th Congressional District which includes Knightdale. If you've ever wondered what is going on in Washington, this Meet & Greet is your opportunity to find out. Registration is required for this event - you can do so here.
As you can see, lots of great things going on at the Chamber, and we are "hopping" just to keep up! Come join us... the energy is contagious!
