Live ADHD Free
March 2015 Newsletter

Hello to everyone and thank you once again for taking the time to read my monthly newsletter. I always make an attempt to include information and opportunities that are relevant and important to you. If there are topics or information you would like to see included, please let me know.

I hope this latest newsletter finds all of you well and encouraged to know that continuing efforts at improvement never go unfulfilled or unnoticed. They just take some time to manifest. If you don't give up - you are guaranteed to get there!

This month I introduced a brand new series on Vampire Thinking that was popular in the past. For those of you who are new to this concept, "Vampire Thinking" is the kind of self-sabotaging thoughts about yourself, your life and your relationships that drain the love, confidence and joy right out of your body. Be sure to check out my latest blog post on the subject along my new teleclass series that begins in April. Please take a look and think about signing up. Enrollment will be limited to make sure everyone receives the attention they need. So don't wait to register. I promise you it will be insightful, inspirational and fun! And the registration fee is dreamy.

Also I have posted a new video on my site from a recent interview. This is a more formal description of my message and passion for bringing people out of the darkness and into the light: from ADHD to Innovator Brain. I hope it rings true with you. In the future I will be sharing more videos addressing the  same ideas and showing you how YOU can use your innovator brain to your greatest advantage!

Again, thanks for joining me, and always feel free to send your thoughts, suggestions or concerns along to me via email or my website.

All the best,
Carol

NEW Teleclass: Squash Your Vampire Thinking Habits

I invite you to sign up for my new teleclass series: "Squash your Vampire Thinking Habits" so we can drive a stake into the heart of "Vampire Thinking" together.

Teleclass: Squash Your Vampire Thinking

"Vampire Thinking", just like our notion of vampires, is allowing negative internal self talk to drain our positive life energy - and the potential to be the best version of ourselves we can be  - right out of our body. There is nothing redeemable about this harmful practice of negative thinking we subject ourselves to day in and day out. The only worthwhile course of action is to stop doing it.

Whatever your particular case, start now. It is never too late to begin or go in a new and better direction in life!

Join us for three one hour teleclasses and learn to "Squash your Vampire Thinking" and start living the life you DESERVE!

Vampire Thinking Revisited

In the past I have received great feedback on my series of articles on the syndrome I coined "Vampire Thinking".

Many people relate to this theory, because no one is spared this "blood draining" issue in their life. I've decided to restart the discussion with the hope of clarifying how this thinking contributes to human unhappiness in a number of ways.

So why "Vampire Thinking," and does it have anything to do with real vampires? It absolutely does. "Vampire Thinking" is when we allow our precious reserve of energy and positivity to sucked out of ourselves, just as a vampire sucks blood from his victims. Statements we repeat to ourselves such as "I won't succeed", "I can't do it", "They don't like me", " I am unworthy", "I suck", " I'm not good enough", are more toxic than we realize. These things we say to ourselves inside our head, often without knowing it, are self-fulfilling prophecies. If we say we won't succeed, we won't. If we say we are not good enough, we aren't. If we say we suck, we'll suck. We always go in the direction our thoughts lead us.

I had the extraordinary pleasure of working with Carol when I made the decision to stop taking medication and start understanding how I could live a fuller life with ADD. Carol, an ADHD coaching pioneer in the Boston area, was simply brilliant... Together we mapped out a success strategy, using my personal value system to leverage the goals I wanted to attain.

What I enjoyed most was the weekly assignments we tailored to fit my goals. These exercises required open reflection and internalization of my individual belief systems thus leading to greater business productivity, richer relations, superior focus and bolstered self-esteem.

Carol's coaching techniques have given me the intellectual tools I needed to prioritize my life... I recurrently reflect on Carol's unwavering support of my personal journey... I am very blessed to have her in my life and will be forever grateful.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with our Young Professionals Group... Your presentation was interesting and enlightening. You did a great job tailoring your presentation to the audience and kept the discussion light and open which worked well as the group was genuinely engaged. The attendees gained knowledge of the importance of a business coach and what it means to work with innovators in their own workplaces.
