Greetings!
This month I'm focused on a theme that comes up at some point or another in all of my work as an ADHD coach: forgiveness. It's an area where basically all of us can improve. Call it baggage or grudges or unresolved issues, we all have at least one moment from the past that still causes us pain and anguish to this day.
There are plenty of ways to get better at forgiving, and there are plenty of reasons why you should try. I always think of old grudges as energy blocks. Instead of flowing along in a healthy way, the negativity of an unresolved grudge traps the energy, making it painful and even harmful. On the other hand, forgiveness is a healing experience. Opening yourself up to forgiveness means inviting joy to rush into your life.
This month I'll be talking about the different exercises and treatments that have helped my clients, and me, forgive and forget. Time after time, the most important step in the process is to learn to go easier on yourself. Read along on my blog, on Facebook and on Twitter.
Take care,
Carol

Introducing: Group Coaching!
This program will deliver the three things that my clients have been asking for:
- A cost effective (inexpensive!) way for you to get first-rate coaching from a pioneer in the ADHD coaching field who has over 40 years of experience.
- An gifted ADHD coach who can give you the tools to look beneath the surface for the ROOT ISSUE that is unconsciously diminishing all of your life experiences - and then transform it.
- Understanding, encouragement and focused strategies from an ADHD coach who also has ADHD as well as from fellow group members who experience many of the same issues. We are all in this together.

Stop Ruining Your Own Day
When was your last bad day? Or maybe I should ask instead, when was your last good day?
Bad days are the worst. There are enough songs about them to make a whole playlist. There are books and movies devoted to those horrible days when every possible thing goes wrong. We've all had them, some more than most.
If bad days get you down too often, my question for you is, why are they happening in the first place? This might be a dose of tough love, but honestly, sometimes we can be our own worst enemies. As much as we'd like to think that the Universe is against us, we're cursed, it could happen to anyone...the truth is that we set ourselves up for failure.
Are you planting the seeds today for a huge harvest of miserable bad days in the future? How many of these "random" occurrences of "bad luck" can actually be traced back to their source, only to find out you set them in motion in the first place?

Carol's presentation to our SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council) was incredibly well-received. In my inbox the next morning there were emails thanking me for putting it together. She presented up-to-date information on ADHD and her tips and techniques were so helpful. I would definitely recommend her seminar.
- Christina Stille, Co-President Berlin-Boylston SEPAC
Carol was positive and created hope in overcoming some of the challenging behaviors associated with ADHD. I will definitely take advantage of the tips she provided.
- Karen, Methuen SEPAC
Carol has taught a number of classes on coaching AD/HD, consistently impressed students. She is engaging, knowledgeable and a delight to have in front of the room. She has a big heart and a great mind. Thanks for all you do, Carol!
