AJF was excited to host a day of Wikipedia editing during the recent Society of North American Goldsmiths (SNAG) conference in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. With the invaluable help of Amanda Rust from Northeastern University Library, a small army of contemporary jewelry aficionados--including Liesbeth den Besten, Emily Zilber, and Sandra Enterline, pictured--were unleashed in the sandbox of Wikipedia to create, correct, and edify the broader world about the intricacies of art jewelry. We look forward to the next time we can get together to kick up some dirt in the face of inaccuracies and under-representation!
