Transform Your Training
With This "Magic" Technique

Does your training environment sometimes

feel dull, or even dead, as you deliver content? Wouldn't it be great to have a magic wand you could use to inject your training with energy?

Such a "magic wand" exists. Called Pair and Share, it is arguably the easiest and most effective training tool you can use. Pair and Share always increases interaction. Importantly, it also deepens your participants' interest and retention. Learn how to use this easy, amazing tool.

5 Decision-Making Styles for Leaders

Determine the right style and use it in your next meeting.

   1. Tell.
"I want to inform you of a decision I've made, and give you the opportunity to  ask questions."
   2. Test.
"I'm thinking of choosing Option A to solve the problem. Thoughts?"
   3. Sell.
"I'm thinking of choosing Option A to solve our problem. Let me convince
you why I think it's the best option."
  4. Consult.
"I need to select an option, and I would like your input on which to choose."
  5. Consensus.
"We need to make a decision, and I'd like us to make the decision together."

Each of these styles is appropriate, depending on the situation. Determining which style to use in advance will result in shorter, more efficient meetings.
