David Alvarez speaking to the guests at the Dems for Equality Holiday Party last Saturday.
In just eight weeks, San Diego will be electing a new mayor. We must ensure that the mayor's office remains Democratic by electing David Alvarez. Recent polls show that the race is a virtual tie, and in order to win we need you to: (1) contribute generously to the campaign (see information on upcoming fund-raisers below or donate online at www.alvarezformayor.com), (2) volunteer your time after the holidays with precinct walking, phone banking, and get-out-the-vote drives, and (3) tell all of your friends, neighbors, relatives and colleagues of the importance of electing someone who will truly put neighborhoods ahead of downtown special interests.
